Syncom Formulations (India) Limited has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members for a dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
